Yoga & Chair Yoga is a practice that allows us to stretch, tone and transform our bodies while relaxing our minds soundly sitting in a chair. While moving different parts of the body causes the movement in the muscles, joints and balance increasing the body's health, chair yoga benefits the flow of energy in the body. Whether you do yoga or chair yoga in this class, you will firm up and be more even and balanced through the week.  Mid week blues? Need a break?
