Drumming and Rhythm Wellness Workshop

We extend a warm welcome to Tonia Bultrowicz facilitating our next healing event in a drumming workshop for our community. Tonia goes beyond technique, but explores the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of drumming. As we drum together, we'll ground into our bodies, tune into our emotions, quiet the mind, and raise our energy.

This is great for the beginner who is curious and wants to know more about drumming. There is quite a community of drummers around the US and the world! We will be using Shamanic Drums and have a 6 foot Tambour Unity Drum to experience at the event. You don't want to miss this. With every beat, we generate kindness, compassion, and intention-sending positive vibrations into ourselves and out into the world. Let's come together to raise our vibration and connect more deeply-with ourselves, each other, and the rhythm that unites us all.
