Each gathering offers an opportunity to both give and receive Reiki, relax, connect with others, and explore the practice in a supportive environment.

Every month, Tonia B, Reiki Master Teacher, will offer a brief educational discussion with practical insights, inspiration, and guidance to encourage continued learning and personal growth.
