Summer Sound Healing Event in the EESystem

Join us, along with gifted sound healer, Anika, for a sound bath that nourishes mind and body through the energetic vibrations of crystal sound bowls. Each sound bowl produces specific frequencies that resonate with, as well as balance certain energy centers in the body, promoting overall well-being.

Vibrational healing is optimized and better received when lying down or sitting, grounded to the floor, but limited handicap seating is available per request. Blankets are provided but please make sure to bring a mat or meditation cushion of your preference, if needed. The event begins promptly at 7pm, so please make sure to arrive 20 minutes prior for check-in and to find your seat.
