Service Description

Experience the healing art of Reiki. Reiki restores balance and reconnects with your natural state of well-being through a personalized session. Reiki is a gentle Japanese stress-reduction and relaxation technique that promotes the body's natural healing process by helping to balance your energy. Reiki is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive and functioning. If your "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to feel stress and begin to feel physical symptoms in the body. If our body is running on a higher frequency, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. During your session, you will relax fully clothes while light, non-invasive hand placements or you have choice of hands slightly above the body to encourage deep relaxation, reduce stress, and support emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. Each session is intuitively tailored to your individual needs, leaving you feeling refreshed, centered, and renewed. Continue the healing by adding on another service for an additional 20 minutes: Add on services include: Hand and Foot Reflexology Sound Bath Clearing Tuning Fork Clearing Sessions are conducted by Reiki Master Teacher, Tonia B who has over 30 years of experience.
