Choose a drop-in rate or a 5 session package over 2 months! Join this dynamic and holistic class focused on cultivating physical awareness, strength, and fluidity through diverse movement patterns. Whether incorporating elements of yoga, stretching, or mindfulness practices, this class encourages participants to explore their body's range of motion, improve posture, and develop both flexibility and stability. Ideal for all levels, Zen Motion promotes body alignment, mental clarity, and improved mobility, with an emphasis on conscious movement, meditation and breathwork. By engaging in a wide variety of movement techniques, participants enhance their mind-body connection, reduce stress, and increase overall well-being. Not only will you improve your overall mobility, you will benefit from the EESystem, which releases scalar and bio-photonic light energy in the room where the class is held. The EESystem creates an electromagnetic field where the body's ability to recharge and heal is exponentially heightened. Zen Motion will foster the mind, body and spirit connection to become renewed and refreshed. Combine these things with movement and raising your frequency, then you have a great combination for sustained health. Class drop-in is $22 and 5 Session Pass Package is $100 saving $10. Packages are to be used in 2 months so if you have to travel or not feeling up to it, you can skip a session to the next one, all within a two month period. Materials needed for class: yoga mat and light weights between one and five pounds. Classes will be held every Wed, two in person and two virtually so you can repeat them at home on other days.
